Windows XP Service Pack 2 + Office 2003 with Service Pack 1
When I log on as a regular User and open my outlook 2003, some of the file
associations are lost and when I try to put them back, the programs are not
shown on the list.
But, when I log on as Administrator, I do not see this problem.
What could be causing Outlook 2003 lose the Open With Program List?
