open word document

when I open a word document, from my documents, or
File/open, the file opens and then shows on the taskbar
as usual, but it is blinking on the taskbar. If I click
on the tasbar file it then wants to print. I can cancel
the printing, and then it is OK.

Open Norton AV and disable the Office Plug-in under Advanced Options.
