Open workbook after user input then transfer data

Hi All,

I have a workbook (Test Request) that contains user input information that
is repeated in another workbook (Test Worksheet), naturally I'd like the
users of the second workbook to simply identify the first workbook name and
have the information automatically updated into the second.....

Any ideas on how to macro this one ?

The workbooks (Test Request) will always be in a set location (directory).
