Open xml file in C# using MS Project

i want to open xml(Project XML Data Interchange Files
) file using MSProject. can any one help me creating xml file using XML
Data Interchange XSD.

i want to open a new Project from xml file programmatically using C#?

As a starting point, open a project in MS Project then save as xml (file,
save as, file type xml). The Project SDK also has some info on xml and I
think the latest update includes xsd info.
