Open xp secured db in 2007

TIA:

How does one open a secured XP database (has MDW file) in Access 2007. I
understand 2007 doesn't have user level security but MS says it should work.
I can't figure out how to tell Access 2007 to read the MDW file (no workgroup
admin).

There is a workgroup admin in 2007, but you shouldn't join it. Instead
create a desktop shortcut with a target of..
"path to 2007 msaccess.exe" "path to secure 2002 mdb" /wrkgrp "path to
secure 2002 mdw"
