Hello- I have Infopath 2003 and am running into a frustrating issue that
occurs every once in awhile. I am noticing that individuals are going into a
form that I previously created and forgetting they are in it. In some cases,
they are in the form for hours/days. As a result, others who then want to go
into the form to make changes are only able to get read access. Potentially
anyone out of 100 users could be in the form. Two questions
1. Is there a way to force a form to close or timeout after so many hours.
2. Is there a way to identify who currently has the form open, rather than
me sending an e-mail out to 100 people asking that they check to see if they
are in the form. I often reach out to who the last person was to save/modify
the form but sometimes they are not always the person currently in the form.
