Opening a file

I created a catalog in MS Publisher 2003. I attach in an email and forward
to my customer. She is not able to open the file. I have sat with her to
confirm that I am in her address book in Outlook, but this is what is in the
subject line of her replies and what comes up when she tries to open the
file.
RE: Spam: Women's Apparel
[Attachment denied by SMTP proxy (type "application/vnd.ms-publisher",
filename "Ladies Catalog.pub")]
Is this a firewall issue on the part of her company set up? How can I
remedy? thanks a million!

Will her company permit zip files? Can you upload it to a web site and direct
the link to the recipient?
She will have to get in touch with her IT to change security settings.
