Opening a link in out look opens netscape instead of Explorer

I have Netscape on my computer. I use Outlook and
Internet Explorer as my default browser. When I recieve
an email with a link pasted in the email and click on it,
Netscape opens instead of Internet Explorer. How can I
have Internet Explorer open instead of Netscape

Control Panel-Internet Options-Programs and choose IE as your default
browser. Also check the box "Internet Explorer should check whether it is
the default Browser". Then close IE (and possibly re-boot? Not sure if that
is needed) and open up IE again.
