Opening a Microsoft document in Visio 2002 sr-1

I try to open any microsoft office document in my visio and the error code
1415 comes up. I have 3 computers with the same software, office 2003, and
visio 2002. Only one computer actually works fine, all the others will come
up with this error and I am not able to open any excel or word file..

Please help

Hi SB,

It could be any number of problems:

- Visio file is from a newer version?
- Visio file is corrupt
- Visio installation is bad, perhaps re-install or try a
repair-installation?

It sounds like your machines have bigger problems than just Visio...
