opening a Microsoft PowerPoint Slideshow

my 2003 Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer will open the slides but will not access
the music. how do i access the music?

How did you receive the PowerPoint presentation? Via email? Perhaps the
person sending the presentation to you did not embed the music.

The creator of the presentation must make sure that audio file is a .wav in
order to embed it in your ppt.
