Opening a PPT file so it automatically starts in Slide Show Mode

I am putting a ppt package on my work server. I was wondering if there

is someway I can make it so that when somebody opens it, it
automatically will open in Slide Show mode and not in normal or edit
mode.
Also if there is anyway I can make it so someone can only view it but
not access it in normal mode that would work too...

Save it as a Powerpoint Show in the Save as dialogue box (pps).
