Opening a pst

We have a w2k3 domain and exchange server. I am running xp on my desktop with
outlook 2003 with sp3. I have created a pst on my box, and then i copy it to
cd. I then copy it from cd to the new pc harddrive, when i try to open it i
get the error message that it is not a personal folders file. I copied the
pst from my original box and it shows its a pst, but the other box can't open
it. I have full admin rights on both boxes.

Can someone help

Uncheck the Read-Only attribute....
