J JLatham Jun 10, 2006 #3 And if you don't have Excel, download the free Excel viewer from here http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...f4-996c-4569-b547-75edbd03aaf0&displaylang=EN (if line is split, cut and paste as a single entry in your web browser) Then you can do as Don Guillet suggested, save as and open with the viewer. You won't be able to work with it, but you will at least be able to examine it.
