Opening a Web page

I am trying to open a web page that requires a user name
and password. I know I have the rights to access this web
page but the response I keep getting is that I do not have
permission. What am I doing wrong. It use to work but
has since quit.

User names and passwords are usually
CaSe sensitive.
Have you tried all lower case letters??
