OPENING A WORD FILE FROM ACCESS

I'm trying to crete a button that will enable MS Word and
open a mailmerge file. I'm able to open Word, but no
matter how I code it I get an error. Does anyone have any
suggestion as to how I can open this file from an Access
menu?
