Opening an older version

Hello there,

I am designing my databases in Access 2000, but my users will be migrating
to Access 2003. I would like to know if there is a way that the databases on
the network can be opened by my users in 2003 without any messages popping up
telling them that it is a different version.

I understand that I can have a macro (AutoExec) to stop system messages but
will this work on the first warning message??

Any help would be greatfully appreciated!! And any advice on problems this
my cause!

The 2000 file format is the default file format in Access 2000, 2002 (XP),
and 2003. All three of these versions will open the 2000 file without any
prompt for conversion. There are some potential problems if you have
References set to items that are version specific, such as some ActiveX
controls (i.e. the Access Calendar control).
