Opening and closing error

I get the error "Compile error in hidden modual: AuotExecNew" when I open
Excel 2003
I get the error "Compile error in hidden modual: DistMon" when I close Excel
2003
I also get "Compile error in hidden modual: AutoExec" when I close Outlook
2003

Can anyone shed some light on these errors?

This is for Office 2000, but I imagine the solution will be about the same.
