Opening attachments from microsoft outllook 2003

Recently purchased vaio notebook A-190 with pre-installed
microsoft pkg. incl 2003 microsoft outlook. Each time I
rceive an attachment be it from work, e-ticket, etc. I
get the we blocked it message. (even material i send home
from work).

Does anyone know how to disable this part of outlook and
retrieve their attachments?
