Opening Clip Organizer (.mgc file)

I am trying to open a .mgc file. I get a message telling me that Windows
cannot open the .mgc file. I use Windows XP. Is there a reason I cannot open
a mgc file?

That is a Clipart Collection file used by Clip Organizer.

If you want to open Clip Organizer go to Start | All Programs | Microsoft
Office | Microsoft Office Tools > Clip Organizer
