I've created folders in my Outlook Inbox, and have
created sub-folders in these folders. When I close all
folders, and then receive a new email message, the folder
that contains the sub-folder that received the email (due
to filtering) should open automatically displaying the
bolderd sub-folder that contains the new message. I had
this configured on an older version of Outlook (on my old
PC), but am unable to configure it on my new PC. Anyone
know how to do this?
Thanks,
Tom
