I am using Office 2000 on a XP Pro SP2 system. One user profile works fine.
The other profile has problems. When double clicking on an Excel or Word
file only the program shell opens. The program appears as if the document
was closed. If you open the Excel and Word program, go through the
File...Open file everything is fine. Any ideas would be helpful on what is
wrong.
