opening hyperlink

can not open hyperlink as they are sent over in email
form in outlook. system reads; operation canceled due to
restictions on this computer, contact system
adiministator; thats me. How do I turn this back on.

I'm having the same issue, no idea when/how this started. Did you get any
help yet, maybe offline? Anyone else any clue why how this can be reverted?
