Most of our users can double click on an attachement and it will open in
Picture Manager. However, we have one user who can open an image on her
desktop or network fine, but when she tries to open an image in an e-mail
attachment, all she gets are thumbnails with red X's in it. Like when the
picture doesn't download.
The image doesn't even show up in the list.
Any suggestions?
