One of our users complained that, when he opens Outlook and is asked whether
he wants to look in the Junk mail folder, if he answers "yes" it opens
another whole instance of Outlook. Of course, the simple answer is to click
"no" in answer to that question, but is there a reason why this is happening
to him? Thanks.
