Opening linked .pdf in another window

Is it possible to open in another window a .pdf file that has been imported
into FP 2003? It's a little slow and I would like for my viewers to be able
to continue to browse the site while it's loading....

Yes, right click on the hyperlink to the PDF, and set the Frame Target Value to New Windows
(_blank).
