Opening Links in Safari

Is there a preferences pane I'm missing that would allow me to set
Office (especially Entourage) to open embedded hyperlinks (in email,
documents, etc.) in Safari, rather than in IE 5.2?

Any advice would be appreciated.

there. I just assumed it was an Office setting.
