Opening MS Outlook / Error with email configuration?

I have recently installed MS Outlook 2003 on my new computre but I am unable
to open the program. It appears that something is incorrect with my
configuration. It is not an error message, but says that my Profile is not
Configurated. It then proceeds to shut down the entire program, so I cannot
even consult the Outlook help section.
Help would be greatly appreciated, since I am in Mexico and with limited
access to experts. Thanks!

So configure the profile. Control Panel>Mail.
