Opening MSG Files without Outlook

I have users that use Outlook 2003 and they save the files as MSG on a
network Drive with estimates of a job. They terminal into a windows 2000 and
2003 server to do there estimates and they need to be able to open up these
MSG files on the Terminal Server. I dont want to install outlook on the
server. They cant save the files as TXT because they want the file associated
with the E-Mail. How can I have them read the file and attachment without
installing Outlook.
