Opening new browser

I am trying to publish my first web site so I am very new to this. I have a link in my web site to somebody elses web site. I want this link to open up a new browser window and go to that link. I do not want the page they are on in my site to change to the link site. How do you do this?

Highlight the link, click on Insert Hyperlink. In the Insert Hyperlink
window, click on Target frame, select New Window > OK.
