Opening new db using wizards

I have a problem that seems to have carried through from just about every
version of access I have ever installed on my pc. When i try to create a new
table by using wizard, my access crashes, everytime.

Any ideas would be very much appreciated as I am now sick of
uninstalling/reinstalling access!!
