Opening new fonts in PowerPoint

How do I open Tekton in PowerPoint?

I have opened Tekton in Suitcase, as I would for any other
application, but it does not appear as an available font in
PowerPoint, in fact PowerPoint tells me that Tekton is not available
on my system.

Help!
