I am operating with Outlook 2002/Office XP. I am set up to open a number of
other user's folders in my work group. When I open them up, they default to
a really small format (about 4 x 4). This has not always been the case. It
just started happening a month ago. I have to maximize each time I open.
I've tried numerous things to no avail.
