Opening Outlook

I cannot open Outlook 2007 and keep getting this error message: "Cannot open
the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. An unexpected
error has occurred. MAPI was unable to load the information service
msncon.dll. Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured.

The other Office applications work just fine except for Outlook. Can anyone
please assist with this matter. I have already installed SP2 for Office.
