Opening Photos from Outlook Express

MS Office Picture Manager seems to work fine for the most part.... except
when I try to open pictures sent as attachments in Outlook Express. Then it
freaks, freezes, sends an error report, shuts down and then starts the whole
process all over again.

Anyone have any suggested fixes?

BTW - I can open any photos from "My Pictures" file - just not from outlook.
I'll buy a LaBatts for the first person can suggest a fix!
