Opening Picture Attachment

Outlook 2007\Vista Home Prem 32bit

When I would right click a Picture; Send to Mail Receipient; then click OK
to the Window displaying size....Outlook opens...and the Picture attachment
is present....prior to today, if I double clicked, or right clicked...clicked
Open...the attachment would open so I could be sure I was sending the correct
picture. Now, when I try to open the attachment nothing happens. After I
send the email, if I go my SENT folder to the email I can open the
Attachment.

Any ideas\suggestions why suddenly I cannot open the attachment when I have
the New Email open before sending?
