I'm using Office for Mac 2008 on a G4 running Tiger.
When I insert a comment, a little balloon opens up to hold the text
but the font is so small as to be unreadable. Fortunately, when I check
spelling and grammar the comment text is checked and, if I made a
mistake (which is common) I get to see the text at that time. Also,
sometimes while doing this the document window is split and all the
comments are displayed in the bottom third.
Two questions: (1) Can I change the size of the font used in the
comment balloon? (2) Can I directly cause all of the comments to be
displayed at the bottom of the document window?
The built-in Word help is farcical.
