Opening up backups

One more thing.

I recently did a backup of my calendar, contacts etc.
I'm trying to open up those archives and can't open them. The only think
that happens is that I keep adding Archive Folders.

Can you tell me how to open up a file I have called "archive.psd"

Backup or archive? They're not the same thing.
Can you tell me how to open up a file I have called "archive.psd"

That would be "archive.pst". File>Open>Outlook Data File. Browse to where
your archive PST is , choose it, anc click OK.
