Opening Visio 2003 files in 2007 without converting

I have several Org Charts created in 2003. When I open them in 2007 Pro, the
files get converted and I loose all formatting i did previously (i.e.
shadows, custom colors, line weghts and colors, etc.). Is ther a way to open
a 2003 Visio file in 2007 without having it automatically converted?
Thanks

The standard operation of the orgchart wizard's when they redraw is to
create from scratch.
sorry,

OK..it gets a little more complicated.... I had another Org Chart created in
2003 that I opened in 2007 this afternoon, and it worked fine, retaining
everything. It happened to be a different revision of the same Org Chart I
can't open and retain formatting. In other owrds, all the formatting between
the two files is identical!

Which begs the question, what triggered the reformatting? Did it get pointed
at a new data source?
