Opening .vsd file in visioviewer when visio prof and viewer instal

visioviewer2007

Hi all,
I have Visio 2003professional is installed in the system and then I install
visioviewer2007. My intention is open the visio diagram in IE. But when I
drag the .vsd file in the IE it is opening with visio professional and before
opening it prompts for allow activesetup to run. Then I added the HKCR
registries as suggested in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/910349. Now IE is
opening the file in visio but still it is prompting before everytime opening
the .vsd file in visioviewer. If I launch visio viewer shortcut registries
are getting overwritten so again I have to add the regisrty. Is there a way
we can open the .vsd file in visio viewer even if visio professional or
standard in the system and donot prompt in IE before opening?
Regards,
Hrishikesh
