Opening windows versions of Excel

Every-time I open up a document that has was edited on a PC it messes up the page layout and generally puts the document over 2 pages, how do I solve this problem ??

Make sure the workbook uses standard Microsoft fonts which are installed on
both systems. Make sure the print drivers are up to date on both machines.
In page Setup set the zoom to fit to 1 page.
