Opening Word Document from Server

hi there,

we have changed our old Novell Netware server. on this
server we have stored our officedocuments and our drafts.
the documents was build with the drafts. now we changed
the server and move the documents to the new server.

the problem we have now, if the user open the old
document´s it need up to 5 minutes to open the documents.
if i open the dokuments with vi or any other editor i can
see that there is a path to the old server.

is there a tool to remove this path, ore wath can i do ???
