I have had Office 2K installed and working with no
problems. Recently, I can't use Word. Excel remains
fine. I get the message Word had encountered a problem
and needs to close. I can open Word and type. I can
save the document using the save icon. I can retrieve
word documents. But when I click on File to save or
print, I get this message and lose the document. Any
ideas. Thanks.
