OpenOffice and Word

Recently my company went to OpenOffice for the masses but let a few of us
remain civilized and continue to use MS Office. The problem is the masses
are not too computer literate and save everything with an OO extension making
it impossible to open in Word.

Does Microsoft haev a conversion so that you can open OO documents in Word?
If not does anyone know of any third parties who might offer this add-on.
Thanks

If your company moves to OpenOffice, they will have
to invest in the time and resources to train their personnel.
The training expense will likely exceed the cost of using
Microsoft Office in the first place. Just remember, "there
is no such thing as a free lunch".

All you need to do is open the document using openoffice, then save it in a
format that office can open, like rtf or doc if it is a text-type document.
Anyway you'll probably soon see that openoffice is just as good as office....
