I would like to create a pie chart with 360 deg lines (20 deg increments)
Additionally I want to extend the lines past the perimenter of the circle and label them
PURPOSE - to define a region of operation for relays....ie, the relays operate when in THIS REGION (defined by -5deg to +90deg)
