When I try to open a web page I get an error

okay now I know that its the sitemeter but how can I remove the
sitemeter if I can't get in my blog, I know the dashboard but how do i
remove the sitemeter from dashboard someone please help

I'm having the same problem......
When I visit certain news sites or gossip blogs I get this message: Internet
Explorer cannot open the Internet site - Operation aborted.

Can someone PLEASE help!!!
