Operation Failed. An Object could not be found

I installed MS Outlook 2003, set up my account and tested the setting.
Everything went through fine, I imported my email from outlook express. I
then click on Send and Receive, a small pop up window comes up and says
"Operation Failed. An object Could not be found". I wondered if anyone knows
why this is happening?
