Operation Failed Error When Delegate Attempts to Accept

Hello,

I have a number of users receiving an error message of 'Operation Fail' when
attempting to accept a meeting request.

This is only happening for recipients that have a delegate accepting
meetings for them.

I have searched the MS knowledge base unsuccessfully and am out of ideas to
look at due to the un-descriptive error message.

Here is the environment.
Exchange server 5.5 Sp4
Clients are using Outlook 2002 and I have applied all Office and OS updates
to main users and delegate PC's hoping this may have resolved the issue.
