Operation Failed in Outlook

When i close outlook and open immediatly the following error message will
appears

THE OPERATION FAILED.

when i check service list in task manager the WINWORD.exe and OUTLOOK.exe
will take some time to refresh. becasue of that the error message will
appears.

Please help me to resolve this problem
