OPERATION FAILED when Accepting / Rejecting meeting notices

I'm using OL2003 SP2 on EX2003 SP1

I recv this box when I open a meeting meeting invitation and try to Accept
or Decline a meeting.

Further clarification:

These meeting notices are for other people that are coming to me thru
another mailbox (two in particular - Manager A and Manager B) which I am a
delegate. The sending user who sends the meeting invite has OL2003 SP2.

Sometimes when I restart Outlook, I can accept notices for Manager A.

I always get the Op Failed box for Manager B.

Another error that has recently popped up when I tried to Accept a notice
for Manager B was "The item could not be deleted. It was either moved or
already deleted or access was denied"

I'm thinking maybe I should remove my deletgate access from their mailboxand
re-add it.

Am I on to something???
