i'm trying to send an email with 5000 email address in Bcc
field and got back with an error "Operation Failed" Any

Too many in bcc. Is this "Spam" by any chance?

NO, We are a broker company. We just recently update to
Outlook XP, but we still have some of the machines using
outlook 2000. Outlook 2000's are fine with 5000 clients
email.

I would guess it's a limitation with Outlook XP then.
And yes I DO get spam from brokers....;-)

You can also use mailmerge in Word to accomplish this. You can price
yourself lucky that that kind of bulk mail is allowed by your ISP already.
